Pet Policy

Cats and dogs are welcome (breed and weight restrictions apply), maximum of 2 pets per home. Non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first pet, $150 for the second pet. Pet rent is $35 per month per pet.

Restricted Breeds: Pitbull, Dobermans, Rottweiler, Chows, Akita, Wolf, Wolf Hybrid, and any breed combination of these listed.
Conditional Breeds- Dalmatians, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, and German Shepard's.- Conditional on having a Canine Good Citizen certification.
